Representatives of super middleweight champion David Benavidez sent a fight offer sheet to undisputed super middleweight champion Canelo Alvarez's team next week for a mega fight for all of Alvarez's belts, according to reports.

Alvarez (59-2-2, 39 KO's) is still expected to fight light heavyweight champion Dmitry Bivol in Sept in a rematch. But that fight may not occur, because Bivol says he's not interested in fighting Alvarez, he already easily beat him, and see no point in a rematch. Bivol says only way he will fight Alvarez is for all his titles at 168. Bivol says he has no problem going down in weight for one fight only at super middleweight. Canelo reportedly rejected that idea. He wants another shot at 175. If there is no Bivol fight, Canelo will possibly go fight Benavidez in the fall, according to sources.

Benavidez (27-0, 23 KO's) is coming off an unanimous victory over former IBF super middleweight champion Caleb Plant back on March 25. Alvarez is also coming off an unanimous victory over John Ryder on May 6 in Mexico.
